• Enter the following in your web browser. www.calendarwiz.com/rvnac

• The application opens to the current month with the current day highlighted, displaying both singular and recurring events.

• Click the Login button, the left most button in the bar at the center top of the window.

• Enter your Screen name and Password.

• Click Login.

• The view redisplays but with +Add Event in the upper right corner of each day, and (edit) at the end of each event listed.

Add New Event

• Click on + Add Event or if you click on +that appears when you hover over a day, then you won't have to enter the date.

Click on the More event options button.

Under the Event Tab

• Enter the Event Title.
Note the Title should start with a "- " so that the event will standout amongst a list of events in a day. Not so much important in a day display but a big difference in the Upcoming Events display on the left side of the RetamaVillageAC webpage.

• If needed, enter the date of the event in Start Date.

• Enter the time of the event.
  – If the event has no specified start or end time, click in the All Day Event box.
  – If the event has no end time, click in the No End Time box.
– When needed, enter Start Time.
  – When needed, enter End Time.

Select the Category

From the drop down box select:
- BPV-RV for combined Bentsen Palm RV Park and Retama Village Event
- RV Recurring for Retama Village events that happen on a regular basis
- RV Singular for Retama Village events that will only happen once

In this case, a one time event so Never for Repeating. Repeating options will be covered in a help child page.

Under the Location Tab

Select the location of the event from the Saved Location pull down menu. If the location is not in the Saved Locations, then enter it following the Managed Locations button which will be covered in a child help page.

It is important to have all the information about the event location so new resediments can know where to go,

Under the Description & Images Tab

Description should only be needed if the directions map from the Saved Locations is not clear

Contact information is a good thing to have.
